How to Use Japan Car Consultants Pre-Order
- Enter the details of the vehicle(s) you want in the Pre-Order search form.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Input vehicle cost as your Order Price. Note: This must be realistic, and will depend on whether you are requesting stock sourced from within New Zealand, or from Japan direct.
- Japan Car Consultants Sales staff will send replies or call you to confirm your order and once more when a vehicle matches your Pre-Order.

- What is the Pre Order feature?
The Pre Order is a service provided by CBC that allows our customers to submit orders of cars they are interested in buying but cannot find in our current inventory, or within New Zealand to your required specifications and price. Close - When do I use this feature?
Use this feature whenever you are interested in a particular vehicle but it is not currently available on CBC inventory or anywhere in New Zealand to your specifications and price; and you do not have the time to regularly browse through inventory. Close - How does the Pre Order feature work?
- You can search for your preferred vehicles according to your own specifications by entering details in the Pre-Order search form provided.
- Once you have submitted your preferred search criteria, an email will be sent to you regarding the results of your Pre-order.
Close - Can I send multiple orders?
Yes. You can submit other orders as back-up options in case your most preferred option is not available. Also, if you are a commercial or company client, you may require more than one vehicle for your business needs. Close
